Any use other than this is strictly prohibited without the consent of Red Gargoyle. If you wish to use any of our images for personal use please ask us, in most cases we will be happy to oblige.
We also encourage links to other likeminded and compatible websites. If you like to be linked to us please contact us for compatibility & permission.

Errors & Corrections

Red Gargoyle makes every effort to keep this website up to date & correct, however prices may change without notice and errors & omissions are accepted. In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price, technical, factual and typographical errors, Red Gargoyle reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders. If payment has been made a full refund or reselection will be offered.

Pricing

Prices are displayed is Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Specials pricing will return to RRP after advertised period has elapsed.

Product Availability

We source products & components from all around the world and sometimes unfortunately there can be delays. Red Gargoyle will make every effort to ensure availability but on the rare occasion a product has been delayed a raincheck, substitute or refund will be offered on that item. No discounts will be offered for delays. Some of our products will be advertised 'while stocks last'. This will indicate a bulk buy special, once off purchase or discontinued line. Once these items have sold out at that special price or advertised time has elapsed there can be no further claims, orders or rainchecks.

Colours, Size & Design

Every effort has been made to display colours, sizes & designs as accurately as possible. However we cannot guarantee your monitor or printer display of colour will be accurate to original. Most of our products are handmade and hand crafted. Because of this fact it is impossible to make some items exactly alike, esp. with patterned glass. For example hand carved boxes, hand made beads etc. From time to time some of our bead components in our jewellery, suncatchers etc., become unavailable so a substitute of at least the same size, colour & quality will be offered.

Warranty

All Red Gargoyle products excluding 'Clearance' and 'As Is' are warranted from the the date of purchase for 30 days against faulty workmanship or defects. Return postage costs will be that of the purchaser. As most of our products are handcrafted slight imperfections, the natural integrity & uniqueness of the product should be expected. Eg. Natural grain in timber is as individual as our own fingerprints that no 2 are alike. The warranty does not cover general wear & tear, misuse or abuse.

Breakages & Postage

Whilst every effort is made to package items thoroughly breakages can occur. Any breakages must be reported to Red Gargoyle or its representative within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. All claims after that are null & void. All items posted valued over $20 will automatically be posted registered & insured up to $200(no exceptions). If you choose not to use Registered Post (only $2.70) for products under $20 all claims for losses & breakages are not the responsibility of Red Gargoyle. Red Gargoyle does keep postage receipts as proof of postage. Express post is at the request & expense of Buyer.

Refund Policy

Red Gargoyle follows the guidelines of the Fair Trading Act.

We value our customers and will endeavour to assist as best as possible. It is your responsibility to retain 'Proof of Purchase'.

You are entitled to a refund, exchange or repair if the goods:
* Are faulty or defective (refer to warranty)
* Are not the same as the description provided.

You are not entitled to a full or deposit refund if:
* You change your mind or no longer want the goods
* You can no longer afford the goods
* You found the same or similar item elsewhere cheaper
* You chose the wrong item, size or colour
* You knew about the particular fault in our 'as is' or 'special' items
* You were responsible for the fault, breakage, misuse or abuse

We refund in the same method as it was paid.

Exchange Policy

To exchange a product it must be done within 30 days of purchase provided that:
* You have Proof of Purchase
* The product is unused, packaged and in the same condition as when it was purchased
* Postage is the Buyers responsibility if returning & resending via mail.

Due to Health Regulations pierced jewellery items are unable to be exchanged.
